1. Who we are
NAPDF (napdf.com and the Android app "NAPDF - No Ads PDF") is operated by OESTEDIGITAL SRL ("NAPDF", "we"). Contact: napdf.es@gmail.com.
2. The service
We offer: (a) a free, ad-free PDF reader app, and (b) NAPDF Links: temporary storage of user-uploaded PDF files (up to 50 MB) that generates a short shareable download link.
- The file remains downloadable free of charge for 30 days.
- After that, the link is deactivated and the file can be recovered for a one-time fee based on its age (table below).
- 365 days after upload, the file is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
3. Recovery pricing

Payment reactivates the file download for an additional 30 days. One-time payment per file, no subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to store or distribute illegal content, malware, material infringing copyright or third-party rights, or third parties' personal data without consent. We may remove violating files without notice and block access to the service.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not store card data. See our Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and for keeping their own copies. Our total liability to any user is limited to the amount actually paid for the recovery of the file in question.
7. Changes & jurisdiction
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
